FACILITIES

The Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club offers some of the finest shooting facilities in the Ontario. The Club is located a short drive north from downtown Oshawa and less than 90 minutes from Metropolitan Toronto. Licensed individuals are welcome to drop by and see for themselves. The facilities are well maintained and offer something for every licensed shooter to enjoy.

American Skeet

Skeet is a popular choice for our members and guests. The Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club offers five skeet fields for your enjoyment.

The Oshawa Sheet and Gun Club hosts several registered skeet competitions every year, you can learn more by visiting our events page for a list of scheduled competitions or contact the staff at the clubhouse.

American Trap

American trap is another popular choice and the Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club offers three trap fields including a doubles field for your enjoyment. We invite you to join us to test your skills on one of our trap fields.

American trap is governed by the Amateur Trapshootng Association (ATA). If you would like to learn more about the game of trap, please visit the ATA web site.

   
Five Stand - Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club Five Stand offers challenges to all shooters.
Five Stand

Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club offers a newly built and enclosed five stand sporting facility that will certainly challenge all shooters. Five stand is similar to sporting clays but is configured to take advantage of a smaller target presentation area. Like sporting clays, a wide variety of targets are thrown but no two five-stand venues are the same. Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club's five stand sporting range includes five "stands" or stations to shoot from. The range includes at least seven traps that throw different combinations of targets.

Rifle Range - Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club
Our rifle range offers targets from 25 to 300 metres.
Rifle Range

The Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club offers a rifle range with stationary targets at 25, 50, 100, 200 and 300 metres. We are not licensed for steel target shooting, only paper targets on wooden backboard. Members may use both restricted and non-restricted long guns, but no prohibited firearms are allowed. Our handgun range offers offers targets out to 25 and 50 metres.
Handgun Range

The Oshawa Skeet and Gun Club offers a pistol range with stationary targets at 25 and 50 metres. We only offer bullseye type shooting, and are not licensed activities such as ISPC, IDPA, PPC or Cowboy Action. If you would like more information on the type of activities allowed, please contact the clubhouse and you will be referred to a member who can answer your questions.
