Winter is upon us. Given the unpredictable weather up here, we strongly recommend that club members and visitors check out the local weather conditions before driving all the way to the club, just to make sure that the road is suitable for travel and that we are open for business.
Sometimes after or during a storm Coates Rd is not in the best of shape. Other times we may experience weather related outages or other circumstances that prevent the club from opening. To save yourself the frustrations, we ask that you check out the weather beforehand or call the club for a status update, our number is listed below.

There were seven (7) positions on the Board of Directors open for renewal this year, and the names of seven (7) individuals were submitted for nomination.
Since the number of open positions and nominees is the same, an elections by ballot will not take place and the candidates are elected by acclamation.
These results will be announced at the AGM on December 16, 2017 and the newly elected members of the Board of Directors will be installed at that time.
The Sporting Clays course will be closed on Wednesdays beginning January 1st 2018, and will re-open again beginning April 1st 2018.
Saturday and Sunday operations will not be affected. Contact the clubhouse if you have any questions.
The restaurant has re-opened under new management, and the new Chef's name is Tyki.
Tyki has a background in catering and the retail food industry. For the time being, Tyki will be opening the restaurant on week-ends only, but will eventually open on Wednedsays as well.
Tyki has also revised the menu offerings; in addition to breakfast, Tyki plans on offering daily specials such as lasagna, home-made soups, burgers, etc.
Tyki would appreciate any feedback from the members on the new changes.

There are seven (7) positions on the Board of Directors up for renewal this year. To fill these positions elections will be held in December.
